Conditions of Service

Last updated: 28 Oct 2026

These Conditions of Service (“Conditions”) explain how SARVADHARA TRAVELS works when you send an enquiry or ask us to arrange travel, documents, cargo or pet transport. By sending an enquiry or instructing us to proceed, you agree to these Conditions.

1. Our role 2. Providers’ rules 3. Your responsibilities 4. Fees & refunds 5. Liability 6. International bookings 7. Enquiry data 8. Law & changes

1. Our role as booking and assistance agent

SARVADHARA TRAVELS is a travel and logistics assistance desk based around Chennai. We act only as a booking and assistance agent. We help you place requests with, or prepare paperwork for, third parties such as airlines, railways, bus operators, hotels, tour suppliers, cargo carriers, embassies, consulates and government bodies (including passport and immigration-related portals).

We are not an airline, railway, bus operator, hotel, shipping line, customs broker of record, embassy, consulate or government office. We do not issue official visas, passports, AQCS certificates or carrier tickets in our own name as the underlying provider. Official decisions and documents remain with the relevant authority or carrier.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist you promptly and carefully. We cannot guarantee any particular outcome, approval, seat, berth, fare, schedule, clearance or delivery time.

2. Providers’ own conditions apply

Every booking or application we help with is subject to the conditions of carriage, tariff rules, refund policies and procedures of the airline, railway, bus operator, hotel, cargo carrier or other supplier concerned, and to the rules of any embassy, consulate or government body involved.

Those third-party terms govern cancellations, changes, no-shows, baggage, overbooking, denied boarding, schedule changes, cargo acceptance and similar matters. Please read them. If anything in a provider’s rules differs from what you expected after our assistance, the provider’s published rules control the underlying service.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for giving us accurate information and for meeting all entry, travel and shipment requirements that apply to your trip or consignment. In particular you must ensure:

  • Correct passenger or consignee names as they appear on identity documents;
  • Valid passports with sufficient remaining validity, and any visas, permits or authorisations required for each country;
  • Health, vaccination and, where relevant, RT-PCR or other medical documents;
  • For pets — health and vaccination certificates, AQCS or equivalent clearances, and any import or export papers required by origin and destination countries;
  • For cargo — accurate description, weight, value, packing and any restricted-item declarations;
  • Timely payment of fares, taxes, carrier charges and any service fees we have quoted.

We may rely on the information you supply. Errors in names, dates, routes or documents can lead to denied boarding, refusal of entry, seizure of goods, extra costs or lost bookings. Those consequences remain yours to resolve with the relevant provider or authority.

4. Fees, pricing, cancellations and refunds

Fares, taxes and supplier charges are set by the provider and can change until a booking is confirmed and paid. Quotes we share are indicative unless we clearly confirm a locked fare for a stated time window.

Our service / assistance fees are non-refundable once we have started work on your request (including form preparation, appointment assistance, research or supplier liaison), unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Refunds of fares or supplier charges — if any — are made only as and when the airline, railway, bus operator, hotel, cargo carrier or other provider issues them, and only after we receive the funds. Any provider penalties, fare difference, bank charges or our agreed handling charges may be deducted. We do not advance refunds from our own funds.

This website does not take online payments. Payment arrangements are confirmed separately by phone, WhatsApp or email.

5. Limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SARVADHARA TRAVELS is not liable for:

  • Cancellations, delays, diversions, schedule changes, overbooking or denied boarding by any carrier or operator;
  • Rejection, delay or additional requirements by embassies, consulates or government bodies for visas, passports, FTI-TTP, ECNR/ECR or similar applications;
  • Customs, quarantine, AQCS or agricultural authority decisions affecting cargo or pets;
  • Loss, damage, illness or death of pets, or loss or damage to cargo, while in the custody of a carrier, warehouse, handler or authority;
  • Force majeure events including weather, natural disaster, epidemic, strike, political unrest, war, cyber incident, system outage or government order;
  • Indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost holidays, missed connections or business interruption.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability arising from any enquiry or booking assistance is limited to the service fee you paid to SARVADHARA TRAVELS for that specific request (excluding fares, taxes and third-party charges).

6. International bookings and applicable regulations

Bookings and arrangements for international travel, cargo or pet transport are subject to the laws and passenger-rights (or consumer) rules of the countries and carriers involved. Those rules are administered by the relevant carrier and/or authority — not by SARVADHARA TRAVELS. Examples that may apply depending on your itinerary include (without limitation):

  • India — Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) Civil Aviation Requirements and related circulars;
  • United States — Department of Transportation (DOT) consumer and aviation rules;
  • European Union — Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 on air passenger rights, and the United Kingdom’s equivalent framework after Brexit;
  • Gulf Cooperation Council and related aviation rules, including those associated with UAE GCAA, Saudi GACA, Oman CAA, Qatar QCAA, Bahrain and Kuwait aviation authorities;
  • Colombia — Aerocivil requirements where a Colombian carrier or territory is involved;
  • The Montreal Convention (and any applicable Warsaw/Hague instruments) on airline liability for international carriage;
  • IATA Live Animals Regulations for pet carriage by air;
  • Customs, quarantine, animal-health and import/export laws of origin, transit and destination countries.

Any refund, rebooking, care, compensation or other remedy under such rules is an obligation of the carrier or the administering authority, according to the facts of your case. SARVADHARA TRAVELS will, where reasonably possible, help you understand the process and assist you in raising a claim with the carrier or authority. We do not ourselves pay those remedies and we do not replace the carrier’s or authority’s decision-making.

Important: Nothing on this website claims that SARVADHARA TRAVELS is certified under, accredited by, or in blanket “compliance with” every international law or aviation authority listed above. We are an assistance and booking agent; the carriers and authorities remain responsible for applying their own regulations.

7. Enquiry data and privacy

When you submit the website enquiry form or message us, we collect the details you provide (such as name, email, phone, travel or shipment particulars) so we can respond and, if you instruct us, arrange services. We use that information for your request, related follow-up and legitimate business records. We do not sell your enquiry data. We may share necessary details with the airline, operator, hotel, carrier, embassy portal or government channel needed to carry out your instruction. Keep passwords and OTPs for third-party portals private; we will never ask you to share banking passwords.

8. Governing law, jurisdiction and changes

These Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply, courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Conditions or our assistance.

We may update these Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of our enquiry channels after an update means you accept the revised Conditions for new requests.

If any part of these Conditions is held unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in effect.
